How EvoGoBox Works

Shop online, ship your packages to our Miami address, upload your invoice, and let EvoGoBox help you estimate, consolidate, and ship your items to Barbados.

Our process is designed to give you a clearer view of your shipment before it reaches Barbados, including freight, duty, VAT, handling, and any customs-related fees that, may apply.

The EvoGoBox Shipping Process

EvoGoBox helps customers manage the shipping process from online purchases to final arrival in Barbados.  Follow the steps below to help avoid delays and receive the most acurate estimate possible.

01

Create Your Customer Account

Sign up for your EvoGoBox customer account. Once registered, you will receive your customer reference number and Miami shipping address details. Use this information whenever you send packages to our receiving location.

02

Shop Online

Shop from your preferred online stores and enter your EvoGoBox Miami shipping address at checkout. Always include your customer reference number so your package can be identified correctly when it arrives.

03

Upload Your Invoice

After placing your order, upload your invoice or order confirmation through the customer portal. This helps EvoGoBox review the declared value, item description, shipment category, and customs information before shipment.

04

Select Your Shipment Type

Choose the shipment type or box size that best matches your package. Your shipment type helps determine how freight is estimated. Some shipments are calculated by total consolidated weight, while larger or bulky shipments may require additional review.

05

Add Your Item Category

For consolidated shipments, you may add up to three item categories. Each category should include its own item description, declared value, duty class, and weight. This helps provide a more accurate estimate when your shipment includes mixed items.

06

Receive Your Estimate

After submitting your estimate request, EvoGoBox will review the information and email you an estimated landed cost. Your estimate may include freight, handling, duty, VAT, customs entry fees, broker fees where applicable, and your final estimated total.

07

Shipment Review & Customs Processing

Once your shipment is reviewed, EvoGoBox will prepare the shipment for export and customs clearance. Final customs charges may vary based on invoice review, package inspection, customs classification, and any applicable Barbados import requirements.

08

Track Your Shipment

Customers can track shipment status updates through the customer portal. Updates are triggered by EvoGoBox as your package moves through receiving, review, shipment, customs processing, and final pickup or delivery.

How Your Estimate Is Calculated

The EvoGoBox Estimate Calculator is designed to give you a clearer view of your expected landed cost before your shipment is finalized. It uses your shipment type, declared value, item category, duty class, and weight to estimate the main charges involved in shipping to Barbados.

Your estimate may include:

This estimate is not a final customs bill. Final charges may vary after invoice review, package inspection, customs classification, and official assessment by Barbados Customs.

Important Shipping Details

Before your shipment is finalized, EvoGoBox reviews your item categories, documents, customs requirements, and shipment status so customers have a clearer understanding of the full process.

Consolidated Shipments

If you are shipping multiple items together, EvoGoBox allows you to estimate a consolidated shipment using up to three item categories.

Each category is reviewed separately so the estimate can better reflect the correct duty class, declared value, and weight for that item group.

Customs, Duty, VAT & Broker Fees

Most shipments entering Barbados may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and other fees depending on the item type, declared value, and customs classification.

Shipments with a declared value over BBD $2,000 may require additional customs entry processing or broker-related fees.

Barbados Customs has final authority on classification, duty, VAT, and applicable import charges.
